The couple graduated from Georgia State University with BBAs and have passed the three-part comprehensive IRS exams to become Enrolled Agents (EA). Enrolled Agents hold the highest credential the IRS awards and have unlimited practice rights. Jessica and Ryan maintain their EA designations by taking 24 hours of continuing education each year. Like the majority of their small business clients, Ryan and Jessica work hard to provide for their family. They understand paying taxes is no fun and want to rescue your tax dollars.

Joined the Capital Tax team in 2017. She has a longstanding and successful career in financial administration. Melisa helps prepare monthly financial statements for our small business clients. She also coordinates social media marketing and updating clients with important tax tips.
